histoireC'est un ninja extrêmement doué (dès son plus jeune âge, il parvint rapidement à maîtriser le sharingan) et devint la fierté de son père, Fugaku. Les habitants de Konoha reconnaissent sa formidable (et précoce) avancée dans la hiérarchie ninja du village. Il devint genin à 7 ans, il maîtrise ses sharingans à 8 ans, chūnin à 10 et a 13 ans il devient le chef de l'anbu .Par hasard, il découvre que son sharingan peut évoluer en mangekyou sharingan (un sharingan beaucoup plus puissant) à la seule conditon de tuer son meilleur ami (ce qu'il fit).Il rejoindra ensuite Akatsuki (organisation criminelle de puissants ninjas).
